 The Therapy Process

Free Consultation

I provide a free 15-minute consult so that you can get an idea of what therapy with me will be like. This will be an opportunity for you and I to decide if we are a great fit.

Intake Session

We will spend our first one to two sessions exploring your personal history to get a clearer understanding of who you are and what brings you to therapy.

Sessions

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50-minutes long with meetings that occur once per week. The frequency and length of sessions may be evaluated on a case by case basis.

My name is Dr. Melissa Gluck, and I am a NYC-based licensed psychologist. I specialize in treating adults experiencing life transitions, relationship concerns, and challenging family dynamics. I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida.
